The transaction started out great. Happy with the service early. However, my freight was delivered to its destination and I supplied all the information Clearitusa requested throughout the process. Turns out they never submitted the information for the customs release. After about a week and submitting multiple live chat requests, they contacted me saying they needed to verify the information. I verified and paid the invoice immediately. Once again, no response. The destination warehouse has had it for so long that they want to be paid daily. I called/sent live chat requests and no response. I have wasted two days because the freight can not be picked up without the documentation.
