I hired Haver Glass on December 4, 2024 to repair a broken window and torn screen. The technician who prepared the estimate said that it would take a week to get the replacement glass. He asked for a $200 deposit, which I provided. He never returned to complete the work. He also took my torn screen, so I now need to buy a new frame. Haver Glass is now part of Thunderbird Glass in Hesperia. Thunderbird Haver Glass has a Better Business Bureau Rating of F. The reasons for the rating are failure to respond to two complaints filed against the business, and failure to be transparent about ownership, location, or products/services offered. Haver Glass does not appear to have a current California contractor's license. In California, it is illegal for an unlicensed contractor to hire employees, do jobs in excess of $1,000, or do jobs that require a building permit.
