Left homeowner hanging...made promises that he did not keep. When questioning him when you are scheduled and to be expecting his service (new construction, rough-in) and he replies, "middle of next week," FIND someone else. He won't show, nor does he communicate that he won't show. Very disappointing and poor communication skills. This happened more than once. Totally delayed our building project.
