Written to the Owner of Fence Pro- Tim Garcia Hello Tim When we were in need of replacing the fence, we got 3 estimates; Fence Pro was not the least expensive. We decided to use Fence Pro, since you are in Brisbane, we have family in Brisbane, we Trusted you. The fence looked nice, we did not think we had to check your work, quality of installation- to see if the posts were really set in concrete, we Trusted you. A few years later, the fence has fallen down; the posts were installed directly in the ground, not set in concrete. Your estimator Dale came out to confirm the poor quality work and the posts were not set in concrete. We were surprised when we received an estimate $1,083.75, which includes concrete and labor for which we have already paid for, yet the work was not done, asking to pay twice for work that should have been completed at the time the fence was built by your company Fence Pro. Your scheduler Ali emailed and called, the morning of February 19, to let us know someone would be out to repair the fence between 11-1pm - no show-no call - I called your cell phone and your office, I have not received a return telephone call. We are very disappointed in the lack of quality of work, several telephone calls, texts and e-mail messages - nothing. I wish there was a minus star I would post that. We Trusted You
