I bought its a10 miracle leave in product that was a spray. It turned into a cream literally. I love the product but found this very strange and refuse to use it because I don't know why it turned that way. I left a message with you guys and hoping it can be resolved.

I have used many products over the years and its a 10 is my absolute FAVORITE product for my hair. I have told friends and family, social media and even had people buy it while I was in Ulta a few times. Friends and family that I've told to buy it love it as well. My 2 favorite products are the miracle leave- in product and miracle shine spray. #1 FAN of its a 10!!!!
