This is bootz a former employee. I find this situation I've just dealt with is unethical. Being chastised by bricklayers not once but twice and letting my foreman know is I think the right thing to do and having local transit(rtd) being short on light rail and bus drivers have affected my punctual ness. I still showed up despite Denver's horrible transit problem. I still showed up. I found were I was wrong for wearing the pain on my sleeve and maybe that rubbed people the wrong way and for that I am responsible for! I love what I do and I work hard. The other journeyman john at Matt's job on Evans st comes reeking of alcohol, and has a horrible attitude! Every day he reeks of boose and we all know. Just because he has JW doesn't give the right for the j card Matt to always leave early and have to rely on the alocohlic j card who doesn't care for the safety of his life or others is something I've prayed for john to see. I'm at loss for words and I chose to hold back in reacting and remained silent. I'm not gonna argue with the boss or the owner! When I was talked down to by the bricklayers I let my boss know. When he was mad for me being late the 7th time I'd always apologize and he knew that rtd was having issues. I can't believe this has happened to me twice when I have tried and I still made it to wrk. I didn't call in, I showed up . I have found my wrong in this situation and were I should make amends.
