I am a current client of Second Chance and although I am still working to clear up my credit report entirely, I thought it would be a good time to review my experience so far...As are most people, I was concerned with all the negative reviews and experiences that are often associated with companies like Second Chance Financial, however, my personal experience could not have been better! Since signing up in March of this year, Wayne has worked with me from the beginning. I have been able to pick up the phone and call him directly every time I had a question. If he was not available, I ALWAYS got a return call immediately and if not from him, then from one of his capable office assistants. As of today, I am 99% of the way to where I wanted to be when I started this credit repair journey! Most importantly, Wayne told me up front what they could do for me and how much it would cost...that NEVER changed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of people like Wayne and companies like Second Chance...thank you!
