We have been with this company for several years. The central station, which captures any alarms is great!! Until recently we did not need to engage with the office staff, technician or owner. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. You are told over and over that someone will call you back and you never receive a call. You the paying customer, are treated like a complete idiot. I would NEVER recommend this company unless you just like being treated badly!!! There are many many other companies out there, do yourself a favor and try one of them.
