I found Noriko through browsing and looking desperately for someone to do my asian hair. WOW!!! Why didnt I find her sooner? She has good work ethics, would take time to assess and evaluate what my hair needs and designed my hair and colored it in a way that I left the salon like I had a total make over. I LOVE IT!!!
