Unfortunately, I bought a Maytag micro hood from Ruffoni appliance. Eight months to the date it no longer worked. I call Ruffoni, they said call the manufacture. So I called the manufacture all they needed was a receipt. I misplaced any and all paperwork on this unit. I called Ruffoni's and again they admitted I had purchased it from them, but said they had lost all computer files and was unable to help me. Please do yourself a favor, do business with anyone OTHER than these people. They have thrived because there are very few companies to choose from. I would pick Best Buy, Sears, Wallmart or even Kmart. Trust me.
