He is extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted. He will mislead you regarding the cost of a survey and how long it will take to do a survey. He is also unethical and has been disciplined by Tennessee for practicing without a license. In two different professions. Beware!!

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM!!! He surveyed my property in December, never gave me a plat. So I called in April of the following year asking for it. He called me in May to let me know the final bill and plat were ready. He billed me four times what he told me it would cost. He took me to court in Washington County, VA and won because the contract I signed did not have an amount. Search up his name on the Washingtin County, VA Court System to see how many times he has taken people to court for a warrant in debt, if you do not believe me. He brought me the plat after I paid the judgement off and he didn't have the stakes his men placed showing my driveway easement, VDOT right of way, and the side lines of my property marked on the plat.
