Absolute worst experience ever. Make sure u demand proof that he filed-proof from the IRS, not the screen print from his computer that literally means nothing. Paid Freddy in full to file taxes on March 4, 2021. IRS website showed my return was never logged as "received". I made about a dozen calls that went unreturned. i patiently waited for Freddy to return from vacation (yes an accountant taking vacation during tax season). I showed up to his office on May 10th & was told by Freddy that his computer crashed & he was never able to file my return. He promised to file my return the next day. The next day he claimed that he was unable to file my return & that i had to call the IRS. I asked for a refund & he said No because none of this was his fault. i paid a different accountant that was able to successfuly file my return without incident a week later.
