Very grumpy and rude office staff unwelcoming and not helpful for someone trying to do their job , seemingly very greedy and territorial for someone willing to pay. Unwilling to let you know what your working with to do the job hired for playing by their own rules which are not the same guidelines we are all supposed to follow by public utilities commission. Holding customers units hostage cause they aren't picked up together for a bigger pay off ,when it could of done together if giving all the information to do so allowed which you are hostile to give even when we have been very polite and patient very disappointing how they treat anothers in the same industry I hate to see what they do with their contracts or customers.
