I called Kona Keys from the web and was amazed when they just gave me unsolicited FREE advice over the phone; I was able to fix my problem in less than 10 minutes on my own. What a nice change of pace to get a company that is looking out for your best interest and not just out there to make money when they know it might be an easy fix. This gesture bodes so well for the company that I will undoubtedly call them the next time I have any need of the services they provide. I'm sure this gesture of goodwill will come back to them tenfold.
