this company is ok

have been with this company for 7 months and have experienced nothing excellent from them! They have poor communication, rude, NO sense of compassions and do not care about tuff economic times. I contacted them advising If I can postpone payment a couple weeks and would sending out my following pay period since I was out of work for 2 weeks to due my sons being hospitalized and finding out he has a heart condition. They were very rude and gave me a hard time but said they would work with me. Come to find they repo my car (not even being 30 days past due) the day after I sent payment as promised since they said I should have moneygramed it which was never communicated or I would have. The repo company they are affiliated with is very cheesy and didn’t even come to the door or leave me with any paperwork. If it wasn’t for my neighbor I would have never known. They wouldn’t even let me collect my belongings. Then once they had my car in their possession they were even more rude since they now had the upper hand. Michelle in the repo department was a real B! She ended up prolonging me from getting my car out for 3 days which cost me even more money. When it came time to go pick up my car the games continued. Michelle never faxed my released and when I called her to talk to them she told I needed to deal with it and it was between me and the repo company now even though they are all affiliated. After waiting over an hour she finally refaxed it. The place is a small nasty facility.
