Make us your Rainbow Vacuum Specialists! We can assist you with all your Rainbow Vacuum needs, from Sales to Supplies, specializing in Repair. RainVac, a division of Vertex Worldwide, Inc., has been in business since 1992. The company has risen to its current position in the marketplace based on one very important principle: customer service. Unlike most companies that deal in the Rainbow Cleaning System, we are not a sales-based business. Rather, we feel that the attention and training of our employees needs to be focused on service to our customers. The product can sell itself based on its superior design and engineering. Our customers are what set us apart from the rest. If they are happy with the service they receive, they will continue to return. That is why we have become the largest Rainbow parts and service company in the world. Our technicians receive monthly training on every aspect of every Rainbow model dating back to the 1950s. We keep up with factory bulletins and updates to be sure that every repair we do—from the main unit to the power nozzle—will utilize the latest and most updated technology before we return the machine to the customer. Vertex Worldwide, Inc. or this website is not affiliated in any way with Rexair, LLC. The word "Rainbow" and the configuration of the Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner are registered trademarks of Rexair, LLC., the manufacturer of the Rainbow.
