This is a pretty terrible company, and I wish I had avoided them altogether. Some issues: Water was shut off at the property I rented because Park Place failed to pay the water bills. If they can't find enough to charge against your security deposit, they will invent things to "fix" so they can withhold more. They will charge you for "cleaning" on a clean property. Communication and management are abysmal, and there is little to no accountability or recourse if there are any problems.
