I began using Ms. Jorden in the late '80s for individual and family counseling and found her to be knowledgeable in her areas of expertise, as well as helpful and very on-target. With much patience, she was able to help me identify my communication style and how I could change and/or enhance it to better convey my thoughts then share them in win-win situations. Her caring and kind attitude with my children created a space of safety for them to share their hurts and concerns, knowing their confidence would not be taken lightly or broken. Quite simply, she supported my growth and empowerment so that I could "pass on" these gifts to my children. It has been many years since I've needed to "check-in" with her and I will always and forever hold a special place in my heart for the influence of her presence in our lives. If I could sit across the porch from God, I'd thank God/Love for lending me her. ~ Shelly Bass
