I had an unusual experience, the people were very nice at first. then when it was time to pick up my documents. i could not get in touch with anyone. this went on for days. after i pickup my documents, alot of stuff was wrong!! it was not professional,missed spelled words, wrong formats of documents. i had a tough time trying to find another service right away. it cost me double the money also. i would NOT RECOMMEND galena park multiservices.they are not PROFESSIONAL and do not give refunds for anything!!!
