I had a terrible experience at Just in Time in Laredo TX. An employee at this store does not understand that their business advantage is customer service not selling. The lady refused to exchange my watch even though I had the receipt, original packaging, and tags. My parents gave a me a G-shock as a Christmas present but I told the employee my heart desired another model that was even more expensive and I was willing to pay the difference! The employee was very rude, insulted my intelligence by saying that I had only seven days to return it and the watch could not be on my wrist upon entry to the store. My parents were told they had 30 days no problems to return the watch upon the sale. Save yourself the trouble and buy online where you do not have to deal with this customer service and find newer models since they did not even have the new model I wanted. Oh and the employee did not even speak English and we are in the U.S.A.
