Handles things poorly! Made promises, but didn't follow through!! Drug us along for nearly 2 months to ultimately leave us hanging! We've been very patient and understanding with their being busy. However, they contacted us with plans of coming out and then didn't show up....didn't call. Didn't hear from them until WE contacted them....or....once, one of their sub-contractors chose to give them a message. We even asked (early on) if they were too busy to do the job - that we'd find someone else. They assured us, at that time, that they would be able to do the work...just not for about 3-weeks (which ended up being 7-weeks before telling us they weren't "interested" in doing the job). This company doesn't seem to care about their customers. IF they did, they would at least keep in contact with their customers and treat them like they mattered (customers are the ones who keep them in business....right?!). If a company is SO busy they don't have time to do the work - then don't take on the jobs!! Don't waste people's time....believe it or not....we (customers) are busy, too! Can't even comment on quality of work....never did a thing. What they ARE good at....dragging their feet, EXTREMELY POOR communication and wasting people's time (as if THEY (D.E. Plumbing) were the only ones busy)!
