Re: So called “High Standard Mfg. Company”. This is a Gross misnomer. It should more aptly be called LOW Standard Mfg. Company. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I sent them a handgun to fix a problem of cartridges not able to be extracted. Gun returned NOT repaired. Gave gun to local gunsmith who verified gun NOT repaired. Called “high Standard” & explained problem. They said to send gun back. I requested they pay for round trip shipping $50. They refused. Asked to speak to person who claimed to fix gun. They refused. Asked to speak to manager. They refused. Woman answering phone Very Rude & Hostile. Was told the following: “If you’re dissatisfied with repair, take your gun somewhere else. We don’t want or need your business”, & hung up. WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Re Experience with so called, "High" Standard Mfg. Horrible, rude Customer, NON Service reps. Bad workmanship: Guns returned not repaired. Company refused refund. Had to get Credit card company to bounce charges. "High" Standard should be called LOW Standard Mfg. Note: It has "F" rating, (the lowest given), by Houston BBB). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!
