Review Veterans Tile NEVER AGAIN After contracting with Veterans Tile I was asked for 25% in advance. Soon, they keep on asking for more and more money every day, all day insisting and insisting, not working but spending most of the day asking for money. They never show up on time and they stood me up many days. Little by little I paid him so he would finish the job. They never did. When they got all the money, they ran. Never answered my calls for over 3 weeks and finally pick up the phone to lie to me. Everything they said to me were nothing but lies. The work was never finished. I complaint with the BBB and will start legal procedures if this doesn’t work.

On 01/16/13 I had an estimate proposal completed by Michael E. Ingalls of Veteran's Tile for tile and grout repair in my home. The estimate for repair was $600.00 dollars. On 03/13/13 I agreed to accept the proposal at which time Michael Ingalls requested a deposit for the work of $300.00. I made a check payable for $300.00 to the president of the company Annmarie Stochl. The agreed upon repair date was to be 04/06/13. Michael E. Ingalls never showed up to do the work. Several contacts were made to attempt to reschedule but he never rescheduled. By chance I checked both Micheal E. Ingalls and Annmarie Stochl out both on Will Co. on-line court look-ups and discovered some "history" on both. That led me to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry where I found Micheal E. Ingalls registered. At that point I decided I no longer wanted Veteran's Tile to do the work at my home and I called and requested my $300.00 refund back. After several calls and text messages they agreed to reimburse the deposit by 04/20/13 and the deposit was never retured.
