I stopped in with a question regarding my new smart phone and walked out with an immense knowledge of these new gadgets! The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and their customer service skills are unlike any other store I have walked into. Kudos to Celluar + I will be returning with my Daughter on her Birthday to pickup a new phone here!

This is the worst business ever. I have never been treated so poorly. The "manager" wouldn't talk to me from behind the counter, instead choosing to yell at me from the back. I am sure it is because he didn't want his conduct to be recorded. When I asked for his name, he refused, and told me to leave. I told him I would leave if he gave me his name, he then proceeded to tell his employee to call 911. I told him to not waste the time of the 911 operators for something so completely stupid. He proceeded to call 911 when the cops got there they told me I had to leave. All I wanted was his name. He was obviously in the wrong or he would have supplied me with that information. This guy is a ticking time bomb. Stay away from this place.
