Run the other direction! This person, Heltzel, was rude, condescending and unprofessional throughout the appraisal process. The appraisal was thousands of dollars less than other appraisal companies and when confronted with this data a shrug of the shoulders is what we received. Please, please, please find another appraisal company to work with...almost ANYBODY would be better than Heltzel. It was Heltzel, the owner, that did the appraisal and so I can only imagine the quality of other employees, if he has any. Once again...run away from this company and find another to do your appraisal.
