A disappointing experience. Tom Swift will tell you that he will help you with technical support on parts he sells you, but he provided no support despite several promises to have Gene call me. Gene never contacted me. It turns out after I did several weeks of research that Tom had sold me the wrong part, and once I got the correct part from another vendor, my problem was solved. Tom no longer answers my calls, and I had to reverse the charges with my credit card company. I had shipped him back the wrong part, but he refused to refund the purchase price. I recommend you look elsewhere for your forklift parts. Tom is an unreliable business partner.
