Do Not Shop at Furniture City. I purchased 10 pieces two months ago and received them yesterday, April 3rd, 2021. Three pieces were damaged. One piece was missing. One piece is still on backorder and one piece could not be assembled as the hardware was missing. The customer service at Furniture City after you actually buy furniture diminishes significantly. No one was willing to provide a definitive answer on when my furniture could be assembled. Now I was just told that it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive the hardware? Further, that Furniture City purchased the item from Ashley's Furniture. Finally, Furniture City does not inspect any of the items before delivering them. So no quality control at all. Do Not Shop at Furniture City!!!!
