One year ago September 2012 , we moved to Front Range Park . We are so happy we did , everything here is better than in the other parks we checked out . The park looks exclusive , lots of green , wide streets and is well maintained , it is quiet , friendly neighbors , and the area with the surrounding bike trails , open fields , doggy park , children playgrounds and that beautiful Lake with all the wildlife is great . I go outside and walk my dogs with mountain view . Safeway is across the street and new Broomfield has lots to offer and can show off ..We just love it here . The staff greets me when I drive by , they know my name . Jeff , Mike and Claudia are super nice and helpful . I like that I can use the Sauna in Wintertime . We are relaxed , we are happy and life is so much better since we moved to Front Range Park . Thank you , Claudia & Jerry Lot 1020....

Front Range used to be a beautiful to community to live in and it is now turned into a living hell. Management is a nightmare they harass residents especially Mike the maintenance supervisor. They have ordered the whole Community take down their friends allowing anybody to walk into your yard and steal your things. They complain about kids being on the streets but have taken our fences so kids don't longer have a safe area to play in. The towing company tows your car weather it correctly parked or not and then they take it behind the Walgreens and open them I have videos of them doing so. Management does not listen to complaints or try to work with you they constantly change the rules and codes and manipulate everything to their liking. They Place visitor parking in front of mobile homes and allow other residents to park in it but if you happen to be one of those residents and you park over the line you get towed. They refused to give information on who the real owner of the parks is, so we don't even know who the real landlord is. Jeff is never available to talk and when he is he does it in a very unprofessional manner he does not try to resolve any issues instead he belittles you and doesn't care about any of the concerns. This is a horrible place to live in do not move in it is not recommended at all.
