i would like to say that living here is a nightmare and would not wish it on my worst enemy...this from a home owner that aways is on time with there rent,,never had a problem with the place until kay dillman showed up and took over and made this place a complete nightmare..in the last 5 months 20 homes have moved out and they were not evicted they left on there own accord because the "management team" likes to put fear into everyone...kay dillman has more than 7 alisis and she embezelled money from her last job and was fired..she is a criminal and no one seems to care this trailer park was full 5 months ago and now empty fast,,,i want out im tiered of dealing a management that change there rules every week to suit their needs or their greed pure greed,,,the rent keeps going up but nothing has changed here she has no comunacation skills,,,she shouldnt even manage a pony ride..this place is a horrable place to live i do not recommend anyone in their right mind to live here if you dont believe me ask anyone that has spent time here or know anyone who lives here,,,
