Concern for Animals raises and allocates funds for these purposes according to the laws of Washington State and the U.S. CFA has helped thousands of animals and pet owners in need by providing a variety of veterinary services - funding spay/neuter procedures, urgent medical care, pet food bank and rescue and adoption programs.
