Commercial construction, specializing in tenant improvement, retail, medical, biotech, office buildouts, and new construction projects. Established in 1980, then reopened 2012 with new ownership. Our geographic area is Seattle, Bellevue, Eastside, Greater Puget Sound area (from Lakewood to Marysville), although we will travel beyond this for the right project. Owner is Jim Riley (most recently with Sierra Construction, prior to that DPR and SDL).
