I am emailing regarding the interaction I had with a person named Jenni at the Kenosha genetic testing center. My husband called first because I was sick and she was extremely rude and dismissive and kept interrupting my husband in which got me upset. Talking about "just do it at the other facility then" trying to get him off the phone and saying "have the patient call me back!" in a rude and dismissive manner ... then when I tried to call back, they didn't want to answer, probably thinking it was my husband. I have yet to receive a phone call back and this is just unprofessional. Maybe the hospital needs to reevaluate who they have on their team because she did not seem like she wanted to do her job nor liked it and she shouldn't be interacting with patients with that attitude. If she can't handle hormonal pregnant women, or their husbands who weren't even rude to her, then maybe she doesn't need to be there. I have never had such a horrible experience. She needs to be talked to about her behavior. My husband is calling to make it easier on me because I am too busy throwing up and he shouldn't get an attitude from a secretary for it.
