Arrived at your facility at 4:30 pm to deliver a load of scrap paper. I was told that I have a midnight unloading time and come back then. There was no other trucks there to unload. This is ridiculous. It's no wonder drivers are turning down loads going to your facility. This is about the 5th load I have hauled in here and every time it's a minimum 5 hour or more event just to unload. The personnel you have unloading are lazy and slow. The workers at Manistique Papers got into this same mode and they went bankrupt twice, new owners now and workers who were not doing their jobs no longer have a job. Drivers avoid delivering here and if they do take to long to unload be sure to squeeze detention time out of the broker, they will add it on to the costs to the company. Lazy staff hiding out of sight and not getting the work done should be reassigned or let go. Hire someone who wants to work not a buddy.
