Awful service! Never do business with Juan Munoz! He refused to give me a refund for a deposit of chairs with 7 days advance notice. His prices are 2.5 times higher than most places that offer delivery. For better service and better prices I highly recommend you check out MAKS Party Rental. He never stated he had any sort of non-refundable deposit policy. If you're reading this Juan, which I'm sure you will, I just don't understand why you'd keep someone's deposit and take a 1 star review on Yelp instead. For your sake I'd just refund me my money because a review like this will literally ruin your business. I hope holding on to my deposit is worth it!
