I Walter Ashleyand my wife Helen .We go there to exerziise and found it is very well stafed with well knoledge instructers,The one we go to for training instructer is a very plesant and nice lady Shawna Cochran she takes her time to explane how to do differant exerzise.she is-----VERY PROFESSIONAL----THANKS A LOT WALTER&HELEN ASHLEY

Had a very good experience @ first , when Pastor Cochran was owner of gym, now it's totally different, it''s like the owner's don't care, The last day i went to gym was 09112012, never was a sign up saying this is the last day gym will be open , only sign was up on sept 11th 2012 was, use other door to enter, because other door wasn't working, i heard it from a person in walmart store that gym had closed, i have called went by three times, last time i went by spoke w/ owner dennis,the latter part of jan, saying gym will be open feb 13th , (not open)tried calling tele #824-3032 machine says sorry you have called a # that's been disconnected or no longer in serviice, THIS IS NOT BUSINESS. because they are still getting money from their customers.they could have called their customers or e-mailed them. very disappointed w/ owner's
