How does the business treat people when no one, not even the customer is watching?
I decided a long time ago that I didn’t want anyone but Ralph and his team to touch my car. They’re reliable, talented, and quick. It's the best auto service around, and Ralph’s work speaks for itself.
The reason I’m writing this review today is to highlight an unbelievable experience I had last time I went in.
When I brought my car to Ralph for an oil change I learned creaky brakes were symptoms of a bigger problem.
We’re talking a price tag $5,000 MORE than I expected.
But what I discovered when I went to pick up the car was what was truly shocking.
I noticed it looked a bit different than normal when I first glimpsed it from the street. When I got closer I saw it had been freshly detailed.
There was a new coat of paint and repair to significant cosmetic damage. My mouth hit the floor.
But this was just the beginning. My bill for the repairs rendered me utterly speechless.
$1,500.

This is literally one of the nicest things someone has ever done for me. Ralph always exceeds expectations.
This review may sound dramatic. That's because my history with Ralph's Auto Service has been dramatically positive. I’m a customer for life and couldn’t recommend this business enough!
