This is perhaps the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. We have been trying to get a truck fixed since January, which they said would be no issue and would could pick it up in 2 weeks. We get there 2 weeks later and there is a paint build up dripping down the vehicle and still dents in the front that were not fixed. They tried to pass it off and hope we didn't notice. When we brought it to their attention, they said that it had been cold and so that is why the paint ran and that they didn't have time to fix it right now, but guaranteed they would make it right. Lesson learned here - we paid them in good faith. Here we are, April 13, and finally were able to pick up the truck. I won't even list the excuses we got as to why we had to wait so long. The paint was not fixed, the dent was not fixed, now it has 2 extra dents and scratches, and a leaking tire! Oh, by the way, he added 30 miles to the truck. The owner was such a jerk and said that we were being too picky and basically just walked off and said too bad, take me to court. Guess where we will be heading! This is really sad when you try to support small businesses and they screw you over. I have so many before and after pictures to prove our case, but just want to warn anyone from stepping foot into this place and having to deal with this nightmare of this establishment. We lost 3 months of driving the truck at a very large truck payment amount, only to be lied to and treated horribly. Who walks away from customers with no explanation and just "sue me". WOW
