Old Hampshire Design Inc is a Custom Home Builder servering the Lake Sunapee region including Newbury, New London and Sunapee New Hampshire Old Hampshire Designs is an award-winning design/build company located in New London, NH. We have been helping people create the home and buildings of their dreams in the Dartmouth/Lake Sunapee region since 1984. Whether you’re looking for a Timberpeg® timber frame, a conventionally framed home or office, or anything in between, we will work with you to create a structure that meets your individual style and objectives. We invite you to browse through our portfolios and hope you enjoy touring some of the custom homes and commercial projects we have built for our satisfied clients. Though it represents just a small sample of the hundreds of projects we have completed, we offer it as an introduction to some of our award-winning and finely crafted details such as fireplaces, interior trim and paneling, stairways, masonry and magnificent windows. Thank you for visiting. We look forward to hearing from you. Servering the Lake Sunapee region including Newbury, New London and Sunapee New Hampshire
