I just want to say that your internet sucks. For one when I signed up for Dish they didn't explain anything about how the internet works with gigabits and how slow it is. Customer service sucks and they give you excuse after excuse, instead of resolving the issue they make it worse. Foreigners answer the phone and they can't understand you or you cant understand them. When you ask for a supervisor they don't want to talk to you. What the hell????? We r there boss. We r there customers, we keep them in business....right? They should do something about these complaints that we have. Follow up with your customers.
