The people that own these apartments needs to do the work on the apartments that the people ask them to fix. It does not get done. Things does not get fixed, but they want to raise the rent every year for maintenance. The apartments needs to get the work done, if they raise the rent for the maintenance. Also do not see how they expect people on a fixed income to pay the raise every year when they do not get one.
