These tractors are dedicated laser level systems where the laser receiver on the tractor and controls take over the hydraulics of the tractor to complete precision grading in a most effective and precise manner.
We correct drainage issues around a residence, commercial property, correcting water flow issues. Devise and institute solutions to manage water entering a property and having the water leave as required and managing the impact while it moves across the property. Eliminating ponding, prolonged muddy areas, poor water flow by troubleshooting a poor design.
Prolonged muddy areas, retention area leveled to improve its percolation and quicker to be past holding water. Correcting grass/ ag areas that have been abused and dirt becomes hard packed and poor percolation.
Drive ways, property access, RV and parking areas, placing pipe and culvert as needed. Solutions to eliminate ponding and muddy areas. Using decomposed granite or a material with proven subgrade for drives.
Landscape pre-work preperation, this is grading a property before it is landscaped. Landscapers are not grading people, they make things smooth—and why I refer to them as “smoothers”. If the grade is not corrected, then you have a landscaped area that has water retention and drainage issues. Builders when they complete a house, do the finish grade on the cheap. Typically having some guy with a simple tractor or loader knock the dirt around. Often not following the plan that went with the original permit. We have corrected on new construction where water moves against the foundation and supersaturates the footing. Where the back yard is higher than a patio and with a hard rain, owners are sandbagging their back door to keep water out of the house.
Riding arenas, irrigated pastures and fields laser leveled for irrigation, when it is leveled to plus or minus 3/8”, when you irrigate, water moves across like it was on a sheet of glass.
