Evergreen Chalet is equipped with a security alert system and intercom in each room and has a secured perimeter. We accept ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents, and victims of Alzheimer and related dementia. We create a personalized care plan to meet the special needs of all residents and provide the highest quality of care possible.
