If you want "reliable" service....CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! We were stranded 2 1/2 hours from home in the middle of the night. They claim 5 star and reliable service??????? I guess if you like hiring a company with your hard earned money to pick you up and they leave you there!!! It's a joke and so are they!!!

very poor communication in the company. We used them when we took a trip this summer to the Mediterranean. Long story short, our flight home turned out to be a complete nightmare. Our flight from Rome to the US was delayed 4hrs. Knowing we only had a 3 hr layover in NJ, we knew there was no way we would not be making our connecting flight from NJ to Boston, we called the company (at 4:30am because of the time difference) to let them know that we hadn't even left Rome there was absolutely no way we would be making our connecting flight into Boston and we would call as soon as we landed in the US to give them our new flight information and arrival time. We were told that was fine, and to call when we had the new time. Our flight FINALLY took off and 7hrs later, we finally made it to NJ. When we landed in NJ, I had a message from the driver saying he was at Logan, and wondering where we were?? when I explained to him we had called 7hours earlier to tell them we would call once we landed in the US, he told me (with an attitude) he had left because he hadn't heard from us (because we were flying over seas), it's not our fault they had poor communication with the driver. They ended up charging us extra for his lack of listening or, their lack of communicating. We went back and forth a few times with the company to have this charge reversed, we even provided cell phone records (per their request) to show the call had been placed. They agreed to give us half of the charge back, but n
