Don't use this company! He came out to fix my fridge, didn't do so, and then dented my fridge door. Afterwards he said he didn't do it even though I had a witness. He is a small fry dishonest business man who employs only himself.

This company was assigned to me by AHS but he never came. He had an attitude problem that I informed him that I was going to call and ask for another service company. He never called to let me know when he would be available to come out. After waiting over 10 hours, I called him and he informed me that he was booked up for that day but that he would call me at the end of the day to let me know what time he could get to me the next day.That was fine but he never got back to me so the next morning I called him around 9AM but got his answering service so I left a message asking him to please call and let me know when he would be getting to me so that I could plan my day. I didnot speak with him until around 1PM when I called him and his attitude was OH SO awful and he said to me that he never told me that he would call me nor did he tell me that he would come out the next day.He spoke with me as if he was doing the job free. He said I didnt set appointments for him and he went on telling me that he never told me anything. His attitude was unacceptable and I just told him to cancel and that I would call AHS for another serviceman. He informed me that he would call!! and they assigned me another company who called within two hours and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. I just wanted a commitment and we could work for that. I know that one can get tied up on another job or under estimate the time but it took 2 days for him to let me know that I needed someone else.
