Called Cartwright to get into my house after the first locksmith I called broke a drill bit off in the front door lock. Before he showed up I texted him a picture of my drivers license. When he arrived I additionally showed him Mail with my name and address from my bank and car insurance. When Cartwright Arrived he refused to help me until I had a police officer present... so I called the Brownsburg police department and asked them to send an officer out. He stood in my driveway for the next 30 minutes with his arms crossed while we waited for the police to get to my house... that I own. He then refused to open the door and tried to get me arrested for “property damage” that the first locksmith had caused. Most insanely unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
