My wife had a stroke in 2021. We of course stay at home often and saw this Alan Presgraves doing work across the street from us. We started getting water coming in through a wall. We asked him if he could fix that, put in a new window and do our siding...well the crew he sent over only worked 4 hours a day, broke several things like our outdoor motion light, left trash all over, never filled in any nail holes or paint them. Didn't reattach a railing and fence post and didn't do the flashing around the windows correctly..I made the mistake of paying him for the job before it was done to our satisfaction and every time I asked him about returning to finish it right his answer always was " I consider the job done ".. I have been taking care of my wife and trying to repair/fix what mess they left us.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS AND LEAVES THEM TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES !!!
