If you have a family member associated with Family Care Services Inc., I advise you to find another facility first of all. However until then, watch them very closely. Keep up to date with everything that the company is doing, especially your loved ones finances, health, and general well-being. This company will Grin in your face, but Rob you Blind; especially if your Loved One is mentally disabled and your back is turned for one moment. My family member was basically emaciated when I got them, and days from death. It's only by God's Grace he was still alive, we are so Thankful. The Owner, Management, Agency RN, and Home Health Aids will have to answer to the Lord in the end, for what they all did and didn't do. They all need to be Prosecuted for some of the inhumane things, my love one has opened up & told us that happened to him; also the disrespect given to his home. They also are Fraudulent against Medicare and Medicaid, adjusting files & paperwork. Family Care Services, holds onto the client’s monies, and then never give it back. They have no rights to client’s bank accounts, but take their funds illegally. Family Care Services needs to be exposed to the State of Louisiana, Medicare/Medicaid, and the Families of the Louisiana Area. This Agency needs to be closed down and the owners along with many of her workers need to be charged with theft, extortion, abuse of disabled and felony for altering Federal Insurance Forms. This is a serious matter; please share my message.
