Hello, my name is Javier Rivas, my mom and I have been looking for a storage facility near our home and came across this spot and we were greeted by the friendliest and most attentive gentleman, Eduardo, I believe was his name. He helped us by explaining every terms and details clear and concise. He was happy to answer all of our questions and concerns and got us our unit in minutes with no hassle or real effort and we couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism and customer service. A+.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY RUTHLESS AND DISGUSTING! Edward Bueno -one of their employees- was drunk and verbally assaulted me and threatened me with physical violence on Saturday. I wrote a complaint about it and now they are just giving us 30 days notice. I have video footage and photos of the assault, they don't care. We rented here for 3 years, they offered clients a $50 dollar credit in exchange for a five star yelp review which they never pay. We are suing them for breach of contract and harassment regarding the conduct of their employee Mr Edward Bueno against us. They basically throw you out for any reason, they have no integrity, they make up lies, they have absolutely no idea how to give proper customer service. The items in our unit are all rusted out, there's a ton of humidity and rust and there are rats and cockroaches and you can see the traps for rats and roaches all over the outside of the units. The whole building is falling apart, there is wood and road debris all over. The porta potties are always filthy, they have no place for trash. They will yell at you for nothing, they yelled at me violently for plugging in a light in the break room for someone I was selling an expensive light fixture to that just wanted to see if it worked. THESE ARE THE MOST DISGUSTING PEOPLE I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE, YES THE STORAGE IS CHEAPER BUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO DEAL WITH! STAY AWAY! NO INTEGRITY, NO MORALS, NO MANNERS!
