I'm new to the Lockport/Joliet area, I came to the shop for a haircut and shave. I will never return back to this shop. Mr. Conway seem okay, just old. His staff could use training. The guy David cuts hair nicely, he is on drugs and gossips way to much. My daughter went to Gwen to get her nails done, she just gossips, talk to other people loud and ghetto and is really unprofessional. Word of advice stop cursing in front of customers and especially children. We will not be returning back. I have found a new barbershop downtown Joliet that works better. Sorry.
