A real Diamond in the Ruff. On the main street in this little borough of Fleetwood I found Kuts & Karats. Not only did I find beautiful and unique jewelry & gifts but a fabulous hair stylist, Tami ,the owner, and Holly a true master in doing nails. And then there's Nana, Tami's Mom, behind the counter. I sit enjoy a cup of coffee and relax and know my hair will come out perfect every time with Tami, she is an artist and a master of her craft.. And when Holly does my nails I not only know I will receive many complements but they were also done correctly with such care. I feel as if I'm part of a family here where everyone cares about me.
